The Summit of the Cities will take place at Belfast City Hall on Wednesday 24 June 2026, bringing together leaders from across the island of Ireland and beyond to explore the future of urban collaboration, innovation and sustainable growth.

For the first time, representatives from the island’s 12 cities – including Belfast, Dublin, Cork, Derry, Galway, Limerick and Waterford – will come together for a landmark programme of discussion and debate on shaping the island’s urban future.

The event features an impressive line-up of speakers, including former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, Baroness Sue Gray, Richard Shakespeare, Chief Executive of Dublin City Council, and a range of leaders from government, culture, business and technology.
