New Lodge Duncairn Community Health Partnership trading as ReachOut Healthy Living Centre (HLC) was established in 2003 to address health inequalities in north Belfast. HLC’s are tasked with translating high level government policies into accessible community-based initiatives. Utilising the foundation stones of nutrition and physical activity to promote emotional health and wellbeing for all ages.

ReachOut HLC seeks to support wellbeing by connecting communities and this is evidenced in our community-based health portfolio which in 2024-5 saw the delivery of 232 community health interventions for 4056 beneficiaries over 21828 attendances (averaging 5 per beneficiary) and 1727 direct delivery hours.
