Human Health Project (HHP) NI is a volunteer-led charity dedicated to transforming global health literacy. Affiliated with HHP US and HHP ROI, we are co-developing the Unified Patient Experience (UPE)—an AI-enabled platform providing personalized, culturally relevant health navigation, shared patient information and peer support. Our mission is to empower individuals to manage their health outcomes through high-fidelity information and community-led advocacy. We are currently scaling our impact and seeking Trustees to strengthen our governance, foster strategic partnerships, and secure the funding necessary to deliver digital health equity across Northern Ireland and beyond.
