For three decades, AWARE has supported people during life’s most difficult moments. The stories featured in the exhibition reflect the impact of AWARE’s work over the past 30 years, helping thousands of people across Northern Ireland navigate mental health challenges and move towards recovery, with hope and confidence.

Featuring 30 stories captured through photography, poetry and moving personal testimonies, the exhibition explores mental health, resilience, and the transformative impact of peer support.

It shines a light on the strength of the human spirit.
