Financial Wellbeing Conference for HR Professionals – Free Event in Belfast

HR professionals are invited to a free Financial Wellbeing Conference hosted by Kith and Kin Wellbeing on Monday 22 January 2026, 10am–12pm, at the NICVA Building, Duncairn Gardens, Belfast. The event will explore practical ways to embed financial wellbeing into workplace culture — and why doing so benefits both staff and organisations.

The conference will be hosted by Linda McAuley MBE, former BBC consumer champion. Speakers include:

  • Susan Hayman (CIPD) – on why financial wellbeing matters and how HR professionals can integrate it into practice (CIPD CPD eligible)
  • Gillian McAuley, Chief People Officer at Eakin Healthcare – sharing how financial wellbeing is embedded in their organisation
  • Susan Hope, Business Development Director, Scottish Widows – on the benefits of switching pension salary sacrifice schemes
  • Deirdre Coyne – on the link between mental and financial wellbeing, and how to design joined-up workplace policies
  • Leeanne Armstrong, Solicitor – providing legal updates on upcoming changes to statutory rights around leave, pay, flexible working, and how enhanced benefits can support staff financial health
