The CO3 Leadership Summit 2026 will take place on 24 September at La Mon Hotel, bringing together leaders from across the voluntary and community sector.

This year’s theme, “The Intelligent Charity”, explores how emerging technologies such as AI, alongside shifting funding landscapes and evolving expectations around impact, are reshaping the sector.

For leaders, the focus is clear: not only responding to change, but shaping it — while staying grounded in values and strengthening how organisations lead, deliver and demonstrate impact.

The Summit will offer a day of insight, connection and practical learning, reflecting CO3’s ongoing commitment to supporting leadership across the sector .
