We have partnered with KAM Island Coaching to offer our members the opportunity to be matched to a Career Coach who could provide you with guidance whether you are a C-Suite Leader within the voluntary sector who would like to apply for a CEO position but is having difficulties to be successful on interviews. Or a manager who would like to apply for a more senior position but lack the confidence or interview experience required.
This programme encompasses a series of 10 high level lunch-time masterclasses targeting senior management in the VCSE sector. From achieving high productivity to mastering employee engagement, board appraisal to crisis management, our focused sessions provide more in less time. Elevate your leadership skills with topics such as internal communication systems, the role of the company secretary, succession planning, networking strategies, and unlocking the power of volunteers.
